This workshop aims to help participants develop the ability to deal with these interactions by placing them within theoretical concepts of race in Japan. Participants will leave better able to self-manufacture more effective coping mechanisms in the face of these interactions and feel empowered to handle negative situations with a clearer frame of mind.
